Pricing

The price is a number,
not a discovery call.

Most vendors in this category make you book a call to learn what they charge. Here is the monthly figure, what it covers, and the two things billed on top of it.

AI chatbot pricing, in one number

AgentDeck costs from €250 per month for the agent on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and email, in more than 40 languages. Conversations are never metered, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Setup and configuration are quoted once, separately, and voice calling adds a monthly fee plus the minutes actually talked.

What the monthly fee covers

  • Every text channelWebsite, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email, with one conversation history per person.
  • 40+ languagesThe agent answers in whatever language the visitor writes in. No separate build per market.
  • Unlimited conversationsNo per-message, per-conversation or per-resolution charge. Volume does not change this line of the invoice.
  • Lead briefs and handoverStructured requests into your form, inbox or CRM, and a one-click takeover for your team.
  • Changes without a releasePrices, opening hours and intake dates live in one file your team edits directly.

What is billed separately

  • Setup and configurationA one-time fee, quoted per business. We build the agent from your own pages, documents and procedures, and you approve it before it goes live. What it costs depends on how much material it has to learn and which systems it has to reach, so the figure comes with the quote.
  • Voice callingA monthly add-on plus the minutes actually talked — roughly 1 to 19 cents a minute, depending on the country the phone number is in. Text conversations stay unmetered.
  • Deeper integrationsA calendar and a shared inbox are routine and included. A CRM, a booking engine or a custom API is scoped and quoted once, not billed per use.

Nothing above is billed per use except voice minutes. Setup and integrations are quoted once, in writing, before any work starts.

Flat monthly vs per-conversation pricing

The billing model matters more than the headline number, because it decides what a good month costs you. Voice minutes are the one thing AgentDeck meters.

Why this is an agent, not just a cheaper chatbot

Price comparisons in this category compare different things. A chatbot that answers and stops is a cheaper product to run than one that reads your catalogue, books into your calendar and files a structured lead your team can act on. That line is what decides whether a monthly fee replaces work or just adds a widget.

Questions about cost

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

AgentDeck starts at €250 per month for the text channels, flat, with no per-conversation charge. Setup and configuration are quoted once on top, and voice calling is billed per minute. Across the category, website AI chatbots run from free self-serve tiers to four figures a month; what moves the number is whether the vendor meters conversations, and whether setup is your job or theirs.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, and it is quoted separately from the monthly fee. Setup is where the agent is built from your existing pages, documents and procedures, so what it costs depends on how much material that is and which systems the agent has to reach. Book a call and you leave it with the figure for your setup.

Do you charge per conversation?

No. Conversations, messages and resolved enquiries on the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and email are not metered. Voice minutes are the one exception, because the telephony network charges per minute and we pass that through rather than burying it in the monthly fee.

What does voice calling cost?

A monthly add-on plus the minutes actually talked. The per-minute rate runs from about 1 cent to about 19 cents depending on the country the phone number is in — a German landline and a mobile number in a distant market are not the same cost to us, so they are not the same price to you.

What is not included in the monthly fee?

Three things: setup and configuration, voice calling, and integrations beyond a calendar and a shared inbox — a CRM, a booking engine, a custom API. The first and third are quoted once. Only voice is billed by usage.

Is there a free trial?

There is a live demo instead. In thirty minutes the agent is pointed at your own website, so you watch it answer your questions from your own pages before anything is installed or paid for.

What contract are we signing?

A monthly one. There is no annual lock-in, because an agent that stops earning its fee should be easy to switch off.

Can we start on one channel and add others later?

Yes, and it does not change the monthly fee. That fee covers the agent, not the number of places it can be reached. Adding voice is the one change that moves the invoice.

How does this compare with hiring someone?

The fair comparison is the first five minutes of every enquiry. In the case study on this site, an agent handled 500 conversations in its first month with no human handoffs, and 49% of them arrived outside working hours, when nobody was being paid to answer.
